Gene is a loving little floof, who has adjusted to life as an indoor cat after enduring the streets, and just wants to be cozy and reassured! He enjoys pets and sitting next to you on the couch when he’s ready, but is easily intimidated by bolder cats or boisterous guests. Because Gene has very few teeth, he tends to swat when he feels overwhelmed or defenseless, so read his mood before reaching in.
However, if you’re patient and wait for him to show that he’s feeling comfortable, Gene is a total lap cat who loves curling up for a nap together and having his luxurious fur pet!
