Smeagol is one of the “staff cats” of affoGATO Cat Cafe! She belongs to co-owners Eddie and Mandy, and often commutes back and forth between home and the cafe with them (Especially Sundays) She gets bored at home and likes playtime and attention at the cafe!
Smeagol is leash trained, loves to show off on her cat wheel, and will “sit” for treats. She’s a woman of many talents! Her favorite toys are catnip, ribbons, and the butterfly. she also loves tunnels, especially if you wave one of those toys at the end!
To pet her, the trick is to stick one finger out so she can rub her own jaw on it. Her favorite! That being said, she is particularly patient with little kids and doesn’t seem to mind when they carry her around or stack little toys on her.
However, the cutest thing about Smeagol is watching her get super excited when her dad Eddie enters the room. She’ll sprint from anywhere to chirp for attention and beg him to pick her up!
Smeagol has two brothers that she’s in charge of at home, Prince and Ash. They used to come to the cafe too, but realized during the pandemic that they’d rather sleep on our bed and cause mischief while we’re at work.
