We see why Powerline is named after electricity, because he is a high-energy guy! He’s living his best life when he’s able to run around and play to his heart’s content! Because Powerline is still very young and energetic, he does still have some growing up to do as well. He really wants to play “tag” with other cats, even if they’re not in the mood. So he’ll need a home where he can be his active self while also learning not to bully.
